Italian brand Miss Sixty kicked off the start of the denim heavy shows for NY Fashion Week and we must say, it was a really good start. Monochromatic, marblized washes were the standard look coming down the runway, in skinnies, jumpers and skirts. This is a throwback that has yet to truly catch on, but if this show was any indication, it won't be long before it becomes a staple.

Some of the more interesting looks were the graphics printed on the jeans. One pair flaunted a classic lace print covering the thigh, artfully fading at the knee and another featured the 'character' letters of hebrew, japanese and sanskrit around the pockets. In the past, it's been difficult to take all over prints on jeans seriously, but this was very tastefully done and may definitely become a trend to watch.
