As expected, Max Azria sent an army of body-con dresses down the runway for Hervé Léger. Many of them were in a variation of the bandage style which is becoming synonymous with the Hervé Léger name and has been seen at almost every major star-studded event.

This season, among the safe but sexy neutral colors, were some eye-catching denim numbers that took obvious inspiration from the most ripped, torn and worked uses of the fabric. The 'bandages' in varying shades of indigo were frayed at the edges or reminiscent of tie-dye and marblized washes. Paneling seems to be a common theme for denim this season as it's seen on a cropped, angular jacket as well. Not every blue dress coming down the runway was made of denim but they use of indigo dye was inspirational. Overall, it was a well-done use of texture and tonal color.
