It's National Hunger and Homeless Awareness Week and California-based, popular skate brand Volcom has teamed up with the National Coalition for the Homeless in an effort to provide jeans for the needy. In this call to action, the brand asks you to scour your closet for the jeans that you no longer wear and drop them off at a participating local store. When you do this, not only do you get the satisfaction of knowing that you've helped someone less fortunate, but you will also earn the chance to win a year supply of Volcom jeans.

Visit the Volcom website and go through the long list of stores participating in your area to find out where you can donate. In the meantime, check out the hilariously, tongue-in-cheek parody of John Lennon's Give Peace a Chance reworked for the campaign. It's Groovy.
