L.e.i Model Citizen

L.e.i. Jeans and Teen Vogue have to teamed up to conduct a nationwide search to find the next L.e.i. Model Citizen. From February 1st to March 23rd, girls from ages 15-21 are invited to submit an original video to leimodelcitizen.com explaining their interpretation of L.e.i -Life, Energy, Intelligence. The contest will be judged by Amy Astley, Editor-in-Chief of Teen Vogue, designer Rachel Roy, Chanel Iman, Ali Michael and more. The winner will receive a $100,000 college scholarship, a feature in L.e.i.'s Fall 2010 national advertising campaign, a Teen Vogue internship and more. Whew, that sounds like enough!

"I am proud to be part of this contest where young girls are rewarded for their inner beauty and outer spirit. It is an opportunity to acknowledge the importance of our youth to be socially conscious leaders and role models and therefore the next L.e.i. model citizens," says top model, Chanel Iman.

Talk to Chanel yourself on Thursday, February 4th from 12 -1pm EST via Facebook livestream chat.

L.e.i is also partnered with Fashion Delivers, a national non-profit that provides clothing and home furnishings to disaster victims and those in need. Visit leimodelcitizen.com/fashion-delivers to learn more.
