Diesel is really milking this "Stupid" thing for all it's worth. It's probably never been so cool to be stupid before.
On November 6th, in Allen Gardens, London, Diesel, in association with Dazed & Confused, is attempting to break the Guinness World Record for Piggy-Backing, but there's a catch, of course. Teams will have to compete wearing a free customized Kigu animal suit. Don't worry, I didn't know what a Kigu suit was too, but a quick Google search told me that it is basically an animal suit of the type you see on halloween or a children's play. Cute.
The competition is the brainchild of Diesel's winner of the "£50K to be Stupid" contest, Abi Lewis, who wanted to recreate Noah's Ark and fill it with animals created by contributing artists. However, instead of building an Ark and filling it with pairs of animals, which Diesel says would be stupid, they've settled for Allen Gardens and people in animal costumes riding each other's backs. This is just too funny.
They need over 300 people to break the record. Sooo Allen Gardens, November 6th, 2:30p – Be there or be square. Or stupid.
