San Francisco's Unionmade is highlighting its indigo and denim capsule collection with a new lookbook, beautifully shot by photographer Andrew Paynter. Avant garde yet heritage, the styling evolves the denim-on-denim idea by pairing indigo-dyed or indigo-influenced items from the store's impressive list of fashion-forward labels, including Raleigh Denim and Unis. The store also stocks Gitman Vintage, Tellason, Levi's Vintage, Beams+ and Golden Bear.

On the border of San Francisco's Mission and Castro districts, Unionmade features an outstanding selection of men's casual and fine clothing, shoes, new and vintage books, and men's grooming products. Opened in November 2009 in a pre-1906 earthquake Victorian storefront on Sanchez Street, the purveyor has gone on to open a second California outpost at the historic Brentwood Country Mart in Santa Monica. Unionmade was voted one of the country's 10 best independent men's stores by GQ Magazine and San Francisco's best men's store by SF Weekly. Building upon its reputation, the store offers fairly priced, well-built products "made from the best available materials that retain their beauty and function over time".
