William Rast has begun the much-anticipated roll out of its new stand-alone stores in California this week. The launch includes two full-priced stores, one in Westfield Century City Shopping Mall in Los Angeles and another in Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Mall in San Jose. An additional off-price store was opened in Desert Hills Premium Outlets in Cabazon.
The expansion follows the rise in popularity of the brand and its image among key fashion audiences and consumers. The trio of store openings is just the beginning as there are plans to open 40-50 more stores over the next several years.
"This is an important step for the William Rast brand," says CEO, Colin Dyne. "These retail locations will provide a destination to experience the complete lifestyle and culture of the William Rast line."
The decor of the stores emulate the brand's heritage which is a contemporary take on the iconography of American denim heritage and biker culture. The complete mens and womens lines are available as well as some early and exclusive styles.
