Levi's strikes again

Following the announcement of their lawsuit against Polo on Monday, Levi's strikes again; this time against Abercrombie & Fitch.

Again sighting pocket stitching infringement, Levi's finds the arches on A&F's Ruehl brand jeans a bit too similar for comfort. Both sides are remaining pretty quiet, but Levi's is seeking an unspecified amount of cash for damages and loss of profits.

Who do you think Levi's is hitting next?
