Fashion darling Alexander Wang is becoming a force to be reckoned with. He was just named the winner of the prestigious CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund which will give him $200,000 and a year of mentoring. The awards were held Monday at the Skylight Studios in NY with John Galliano present as the keynote speaker. He now joins the ranks of other past winners such as Proenza Schouler, Rogan Gregory and Doo Ri Chung. Although Wang's line consists of more than just denim, he has still proven himself an innovator in that area and we are happy to send our congratulations to him.
