Even fashion icon Anna Wintour was recently photographed in a pair. Now adding to the list are singer Cassie, who wore a pair of torn skinnies to the Britney Spears Concert at Madison Square Garden. Rachel Bilson was also out and about in LA's Larchmont Village in a pair of ombre pencil leg jeans from J Brand's Resort 2009 Collection available in October.
