Recession Denim Gypsy Collection

 

Just last week I was saying how much I would love to tell you about more non-jean denim options and Recession Denim has answered our prayers. They've recently announced the launch of their new Gypsy Collection, a line of loose-fitting, comfortable, denim apparel. So far the collection features a romper-style dress, a cute skirt, and voluminous shirt and pants and has already gotten attention from celebrity clientele such as Lindsay Lohan. 

The term denim is used somewhat loosely as the items are made of a lightweight, indigo-dyed, cotton/silk blend. However, the distinct sheen, a likely result of the silk blend, adds to its day to night flexibility. 

The items retail between $115 to $124 and are available at Atrium, National Jean Company and Fred Segal.
