Ralph Lauren Princeton Chambray Sport Coat

With denim-on-denim trending it seems natural that chambray would get a boost as well. During Market Week I saw several chambray shirts for women from companies like MiH Jeans and Rag & Bone that were far removed from the staid button-downs I usually associate with the fabric. Now Ralph Lauren has come out with a fabulous item for men by using the classic fabric to create a sport coat. The sport coat has a slim cut and has been washed down to create a slightly aged look. The result is a suprisingly dapper Spring/Summer item for men. The coat can be found in stores or at RalphLauren.com and retails for $375. I'm looking forward to seeing if designers continue to take the use of chambray to the next level. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
