The Hills star, Stephanie Pratt recently revealed that she hasn't spoken to her brother, hothead Spencer Pratt and her sister-in-law, plastic surgery 'victim' Heidi Montag in months. All the more reason to watch what's sure to be one of the most drama-filled seasons of The Hills. But back to what's important. Stephanie was spotted out shopping in LA wearing a pair of PUR premium jeans' Flare in Cambio Medium Grind. The jeans are available at Fred Segal and retail for $216.
