G by GUESS Fall 2010 Lookbook Features Looks Styled by Fashion Editors. And Yes, We're In It

When the people over at Guess invited editors to preview their G by GUESS Fall 2010 collection a while back, we didn't know that we were in for a little treat. After I perused the racks and photographed my favorite looks for your viewing pleasure, I was told that Guess was inviting me, along with other editors, to style looks for the upcoming lookbook.

I think I dress myself pretty well, but I've never considered myself a stylist, hence the reason you don't see personal style blogging on DenimHunt, but I like trying new things and I thought this would be fun. I dressed the female model in the "Janet" jegging which I loved because it was a ripped and torn legging ---something not often seen on such a lightweight denim. I paired it with the "Foraker" plaid top and "Handy" combat boots. For the male model I decided to go for a gray tonal look. I put him in the "Rocco" skinny jean which was a coated gray denim with a slight leathery finish. I paired that with a light gray "Hayden" shirt and the "Liam" sneakers specifically chosen for the gray shine.

Guess recently sent me a copy of the lookbook and the looks I styled are alongside looks styled by editors from Paper, NYLON, People Stylewatch, Complex and more.
