Diane Von Furstenberg recently announced the nominees for the second annual People's Voice Award; a special award given at the DVF Awards.
The People's Voice Award is a people's choice award and "aims to recognize an American woman whose courage, vision, leadership and commitment to producing positive change is helping other women."
Up for vote this year are Zeinab Eyega (Sauti Yetu Center for African Women), Lyn Pentecost (Lower East Side Girl’s Club), Taryn Davis (The American Widow Project), Susannah Shakow (Running Start), and Malika Saada Saar (The Rebecca Project).
From now till February 15th go to www.dvf.com and www.facebook.com/dvf to vote on the woman that most inspires you.
The winner will be announced at the DVF Awards ceremony on March 11th where they will recieve a $50,000 award from the Diller-von Furstenberg Family Foundation.
