Lime Green Skirt, American Eagle Jacket. We Ponder Emmy Rossum's Look

 

Emmy Rossum is known for putting together some purretty interesting looks like here, here and here. Love it or hate it, she's definitely got a style all her own. I'm not always in love with what she wears, but I do like how she mixes and matches fairly conventional items, then jazzes them up with just a hint of quirkiness.

At the City of Hope Awards in Universal City, CA, Emmy didnt go with just a hint this time, but instead opted for a bold statement in a lime green, snakeskin-embossed leather skirt. Her conventional item was a $49 American Eagle Denim Jacket. I have to say, I am honestly on the fence about how I feel about her ensemble. Help me out. What do you think about Emmy's look?
