Starting Tuesday July 12th 55DSL will be kicking off a new series of events called "55 Days of Summer". The event will be all about spoken word with some of New York's best spoken word artists featured. I'm actually kind of surprised that 55DSL, which has it's roots in skate culture, is having what is essentially a poetry show, but then again, they do like to keep us on our toes.
