Camera Stalking at Nymphatically Haute's Launch Party

 

Rooftop BBQ, live music, cocktails and of course fabulous people, that was the scene at the launch party for newly minted fashion blog Nymphatically Haute, who, by the way, did an awesome piece on us (Street Walker: Everything Denim With Shanna).

The fete was hosted by Haute editor Jessica Conatser and Susan Nurit of StyleCaster with music by The Gents. The crowd, a combination of bloggers and PR types, did what they do best, show off their best street style. And of course we had our camera to catch it all.

Slim jeans abounded for men, but a look below the equator showed that from polished gents to casual cool types, cuffing is de rigueur. Although bootcuts are set to make a splash this fall in women's, we were surprised to see The Gents pull them off so smoothly.

For women, looks ranged from crisp, white denim to colored, high-waisted shorts to patchwork dresses. Styles were so varied that it seems for us girls, nothing is off limits anymore. Wear what works.
