DenimHunt's favorite looks from G-Star Spring/Summer 2012

G-Star Spring Summer 2012 Collection 4

Pulling elements from its conceptual runway capsule, G-Star built a strong line for Spring/Summer 2012 that merges vintage workwear themes and industrial site styling with contemporary denim purist ideals. Denim for the sake of denim seems to be the reoccurring trend, coming through via layered denim-on-denim looks (jean jackets over chambray shirts with dark denim pants), indigo-dyed  non-denims (including knits and fleeces), dark navy tones for accessories and outerwear (oversized newsboy caps, suspenders, leather), and pronounced denim surface treatments.

Here are DenimHunt's favorite looks from the G-Star lookbook. For an up-close-and-personal view, see my G-Star men's and women's posts on DenimHunt's showroom visits.
