Tenue de Nîmes and Big John, denim capsule collection

Tenue de Nimes Big John 1

Dutch denim store Tenue de Nîmes and Japan's oldest jeans brand Big John have teamed up for a limited-edition capsule (just 24 pairs) based on Big John's M1002 slim tapered style from 1967. Made in Japan from 14.5oz denim, each pair takes on a traditional, bright lapis lazuli color, referred to in Japanese as ruri. The factory reduced dyeing by 25% to achieve this unique tone. Embracing Tenue de Nîmes heritage, pockets are lined with Delft-inspired blue and white Dutch farmer cloth.
