PRPS Fall/Winter 2012

Inspired by the 1997 film Seven Years in Tibet, which documents the true story of an Austrian mountaineer who befriends the Dalai Lama, PRPS merges vibrant color and global culture surface patterns within functional cragsman silhouettes. In addition to classic indigo, olive and khaki, new colors like Summit Yellow, Sherpa’s Wine and Expedition Orange set the mood. Utilitarian details, cargo pockets and belt straps, along with durable hard-wearing materials like PRPS's classic sulfur-dyed Japanese denim, underscore the season's ethnic pattern knits, Western or corduroy shirts and trim chore jackets.
