Edwin Spring/Summer 2013 Womens Lookbook
Here's a DenimHunt first. We got our hands on Edwin's Spring/Summer 2013 lookbook. The Japanese brand used to be a major player several years ago, but has been quiet lately...at least in the US. All the basics are covered for Spring; nothing is over the top. There is one standout piece which is the kerchief print, indigo-dyed jean. It's a nice addition and shows some creativity. If they had more pieces like that in the lookbook it would have pumped up the collection a bit more. For the most part it's very safe, which works for timeless pieces, but in a season where everyone is pushing color, print and pattern to no end they would do well to do more. We'll wait and see what Fall looks like.
