Just for Fun: We Would Totally Wear LeBron James Custom Balenciaga Sneaker
Two words I never thought I'd hear together are LeBron and Balenciaga, but, and I must admit I'm late to this news, NBA superstar and the famed design house collaborated on a one of a kind sneaker made exclusively for Lebron James.
Balenciaga's "Arena" sneaker was reimagined by custom sneaker maker PMK Customs in different colorways and materials. A red and blue version were done with snakeskin and a black version has a basketweave reminiscent of Bottega Veneta and a patent leather toe.
You can see LeBron sporting the blue and the red sneaker on two different occasions during the pregame of the NBA Championships. His pairing of the blue sneaker with a light denim shirt and dark jeans is of course my favorite and I'm forced to admit, I'm impressed. I've never been inspired by the fashion choices of NBA players, but I would totally wear LeBron's Balenciaga sneaker.
Unfortunately, that's not an option as these are not for sale and we will only ever see them on the feet of LeBron James. I guess that what makes him the King.
