In the Showrooms: 55DSL
Diesel's urban streetwear brand 55DSL has created their most fun collection yet.
Sleepy-eye tees (above) and short-sleeved bomber jackets with floral motifs are a few of the items that won't just appeal to women in their target market. Personally, I would wear the above tee under a blazer or alone with slim boyfriend jeans and I am well out of their demographic. I have a few 55DSL pieces in my closet and they are perfect for those days when you really want to switch up your persona.
For men, offerings ranged from salmon-colored printed shorts to provocative graphic tees. If I could get away with it, you know, not being in the demographic, nor being a man, I would for sure wear the PandaTiger burnt orange t-shirt (scroll down). The Diesel team had a much cooler name for it which I've totally forgotten, but I like the whole East meets Far East animal mash up.
I'm actually looking forward to seeing this collection in stores. Too bad we have to wait until Spring 2014.
