Bethnals' Spring Collection Hits the Right Genderless Notes
Wide legs are the order of the day, and obviously so, as sharing your girlfriend's jeggings are a little hard to pull off. Instead of the typical worn out boyfriend jean look that we normally associate with unisex jeans, Bethnals went for a much cleaner silhouette with minimalist details.
My favorite of the collection are the striped trousers in the darker wash (above). Jackets are also a great addition and as you know I already have a love of Bethnal's denim jackets. A surprising throwback detail is the carpenter pocket. That was a popular detail in the 90's and was seen in everything from jeans to shorts to sweatpants. Could it be making a comeback? Looks like.
Wide-leg jeans, and cuffing said jeans, are trending big time. So if you're are attempting to purge yourself of your skinny jean addiction while simultaneously being the first to get a leg up on a hot look, this would be the brand to start with.
