Sanctuary Clothing's Parisian Peasant Collection
LA-based brand Sanctuary Clothing has been around since the 90's but with a revamped e-commerce site and a newly launched denim collection, they are poised to give style-savvy shoppers another option for their instagram outfits of the day.
For denim, expect to see their popular Ace style with it's signature zipper cargo pockets come in some exciting new colors such as mustard and, my favorite, red (above). A flare crop jean with a frayed hem is on trend with denim seen on the runway, but it's relatively tame wash will appeal to those trendsetters who like to make statements that are less bold, more classic. An interesting addition to the bottoms were velvet bootcut "jeans" (below) and leggings made in luxe suede and sateen for a super soft texture.
Tops consisted of bold floral and paisley prints consistent with the parisian peasant theme and highlighting no small amount of red, however, a few plaids and fur jackets were also thrown in the mix and are sure to be favorites come fall.
Rounding out the collection were a small assortment of clutches, totes and shoulder bags in similar colorways.
